Don’t order delivery from this restaurant unless you want to wait an hour. Happened to me twice now
terrible encounter yesterday when picking up an order. I was asked by the counter person why I called the store over a month ago to inquire about a question I had about my previous order. The person was rude and accusing. wondering why I would call with a question. This was over a month ago order. not my current order from yesterday. What kind of customer service is that . berating a customer over a previous phone call !! I promise I won't be back !! I have posted to my Facebook and other social media to DO NOT PATRONIZE this business.
Usually great service and products...but just ordered from here tonight and it was horribly slow, bread was warm because it just came out of the oven. Kid working made my ordered after another person who ordered after me!! Just a bad showing tonight!
50 min and still no food?!?!.. cancelled the order! No one really cared when I called to check on it.. isnt it 20 mins or less?!?!
Just an awesome store. I eat here several times a week. Manager is a great guy and works as a team with the employees. It’s a nice positive environment with good food.
