Domino's Pizza

Today, a young gentleman named Keyronndisplayed excellent customer service skills. He was so pleasant and this is one of the reasons why I continue to dine at this location.nnOn a previous order Domino's staff made the correction to my roasted red pepper pizza; there were bits of sausage mixed in with the cheese. This was the first time that I have had an issue with my food.

Absolutely terrible experience with this Domino's. Three times now this location has made mistakes on my order. The first time I was given cold pizza. Actually cold to the touch. It took over two hours to get my pizza. This was about two or three months ago. The staff was very rude in the process as in I had messed up some how.nnThe second time was about two weeks ago. I got a medium pan pizza. The dough was raw on the pizza. As in I could pull the dough about 3 inches away from the pizza raw. When I called, again I was given the attitude that I was an inconvenience and I was the one who screwed up. They got me another pizza sent to me around 50 minutes later. When the driver arrived he said not a word to me, handed me the pizza turned and walked away giving me this look like I had just done something to insult him.nnToday I ordered two pizzas and a cheesy bread with two garlic sauces which I paid for. No garlic sauce, seems pretty but I paid about $2 for it and it just pisses me off at this point. Not going to bother calling the store as I just won't get my sauce before we eat the pizza and I really don't feel like dealing with some condescending teenagers.nnDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Domino's has some pretty solid pizza, but this location is absolute hot garbage as far as customer service and quality. Just pick another location and carry out or just go to another pizza place nearby. We have plenty on highway k to choose from that have better pizza and far better customer service.nnAnd it turns out they put jalapenos on my pizza when it was supposed to be green peppers. Incompetent and uncaring staff, just don't go here.

Terrible experience. A few days ago they delivered our 8 piece wings with only 4 pieces in there, I called and they wrote my name down to get a new order next time for free. Tonight I called and they were saying they didn’t know who told me that and that they need to ask their manager who is on the phone with the cops right now as they started explaining their companies personal business to us. Very unprofessional. Then they put us on hold for 20 minutes. As we got there we waited for someone to greet us for 10 minutes and order was still incorrect.

ordered for 615 and it arrived cold and at 645. the garlic sauce was also not provided. we will NOT be ordering from this Domino's again

Ordered 2 large pizza, garlic twist and cinnamon twist and when arrived they only had 1 pizza. I called And they said they would bring back the rest of my order. When they came back my pizza look like it’s been sitting there for over two hours and their was no icing for the cinnamon twist and no marinara for the garlic twist. so I called and they said they’d make me a new one and bring it to me in 30 minutes, An hour later there is still no pizza so I called and nobody has any recollection of bringing me a new pizza. Horrible service
