I didn't enjoy yoga until I went to Detox Yoga studio! This is the best studio around because it allows you to enjoy the practice without pressure or intimidation. It is also very clean and the other people there are friendly. All of the instructors are really good, however, my favorite is Kaitlyn. Her calm and graceful instruction puts me at ease. She usually has a quote or meditation that is thought provoking and the sequence of class flows smoothly. Her classes fill up quickly so make sure you register in advance!

Amber is a kind spirit with a gentle soul, thoughtful, and patient. Her tailored yoga practice is a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation. I love my weekly sessions. Detox space is the perfect safe haven, filled with love and great energy. I’ve never felt stronger, more in-tuned with my mind and body or as centered. I absolutely encourage you to book a session!

Tried hot yoga here with Kaitlyn and loved the class! She was a great teacher. I had only taken a few yoga classes before this and she explained the poses well for beginners and gave many modifications so all levels of yogis could participate. Great class overall and very nice studio. Would highly recommend and will be back again!

Detox yoga is a beautiful studio with amazing teachers! They also have a small shop and sell Lulemon yoga clothing and so many other great things! Finding detox yoga literally changed my life. The way you feel after a hot yoga class is incredible. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone that will listen!

I enjoy every class I take at detox! You feel so much more balanced and centered after, but also like you just got an amazing workout. I started with the 30 days for $30 deal and was instantly hooked. I especially enjoy classes taught by Amber & sign up for those as often as I can! Detox would be great for anyone interested in yoga from experienced to beginner!
