I have been working out with Julie at Edstrom Elite Fitness for 3 months, and I feel stronger and just better overall. Julie changes the workouts daily so we don’t get bored doing the same thing over and over. Julie also adapts the workouts to her clients needs while making sure we don’t get injured and making sure we don’t make something worse. I would highly recommend Edstrom Elite Fitness to everyone, just tell her that Holly sent you.
Extremely friendly and supportive staff. Great environment and workout.
Nice small fitness center. Has every type of equipment available.
