Meraki CrossFit makes you feel like at home. Amy is an excellent professional and person too. I truly feel comfortable working out over there even though I have never done CrossFit before!! Thanks for helping me to approach my goals and all your advices!
Great place and even better trainer. Amy is not only a personal trainer but also a physical therapist so she is able to work on an individual basis with strengthening and proper form. In addition, she will help formulate a nutritional goal and improve sleepnhygiene.
Amy is an excellent professional, who still close to you helping with everything and trying to give you the best advices for your process.. love this place !
