Prompts take 90 seconds and possibly more depending on what number you touch. then wait forever until a cranky overworked overwhelmed customer service representative gets on the phone. The phone application is haywire. It was working well then boom a problem with payment. Terrible service. No help. Uninformed staff.

I was picking up a prescription and the sign said walk in flu shots available. There was no one else there. I got the prescription and said I'd like to get my flu shot, they said we don't do walk ins. I said the sign right there says you do. We don't. I proceeded to pull out my phone navigate to CVS flu appointment scheduling choose I am here and make an appointment for right now. I said now I have an appointment, they proceeded to give me a flu shot. I don't understand why the pharmacy tech couldn't just schedule it or do whatever he had to do in the system to give me a flu shot. Poor customer service. If you didn't have enough vaccine to meet scheduled appointments or something I would totally understand. What I don't understand is why have a sign saying walk in flu shots, say you don't and make me jump through hoops to get my flu shot.

Picked up my prescription last evening and when I got home I counted my pills and I only had 25. I should have had 30. Tried calling this morning and never got through. Waited 15 minutes....no one answered the phone. WTH!!!!

Giving 1 to this pharmacy after multiple bad experiences (i.e.: going to pick up prescriptions after they let you know is ready only to be told that they don't have the prescription, scheduled a covid test and the test kit was not ready when I got there, they had issues with their system and couldn't provide the test, pharmacy not being opened at early hours) Going to this place is a 3rd world experience, they do not care about customer service.
