I had a 10/10 experience with Christine the nurse from the Minute Clinic and I want to commend her for providing excellent care. After I tested negative for Covid in the outdoor kiosk, Christine called me in to assess my symptoms. What followed was a thorough, gentle, and professional examination in which she made me feel cared for in the way health 'care' is supposed to work. When I asked to pay, she said the visit was free before handing me a printout with notes and recommendations from the visit. I left as a happy patient and couldn't thank her enough for a great experience!
Three customers in drive through.. 42 minutes. I thought this was a bit strange but things happen. Ohhh bit the next visit I was 4th in line and 52 minutes....... ha oh but wait theres more. My next visit I had 3 cars in frobt of me and waited 52 minutes in the drive through. It is not just this CVS the on in St Peters is just as bad. Sadly due to my insurance I am FORCED to us CVS..... get better employees.
I HATE this pharmacy! The pharmacists are dangerously incompetent, I'll never spend another dollar there!!
Horribly upset at them. The website says one thing, but they refused to follow what is posted on their website. Then had an appointment set, but accidentally had it under my name and not my daughter's, and guess what, they couldn't be bothered to change it so we could keep the appointment. NEVER GOING TO USE THIS PLACE!!!!
Terrible service. They make you wait on hold 30 minutes and never fill prescriptions until you call them first even though the doctor called it in. Then they take an hour to fill it. Then you have to wait in a long line again to pick it up. Took me all day to get antibiotics for my ear infection on two separate occasions. Both this week when I really need them. Lady on the phone was rude and had an attitude. Never going to have another prescription sent here again.
