Good as McDonald's can be!
This location is going down hill. No one says thank you after you pay for you food or when you go to the next window to get your food. The music is loud and employees are loud. The fries are not done. I placed my order and the screen was not working for me to see and they forgot some of our food. I did not want to wait in line again and the inside was closed due to covid. The girl did not read the order back to me and was really unfriendly. The managers are nicer than the employees. I think the morning shift is more organized and friendlier than the evening shift. I have given this place so many chances. It is close to my house but I will go elsewhere.
This particular one opens up 30mins before most in my area which is great for early morning workers.
I'm sick of getting under-cooked burgers from this location. And my fries were definitely refried. The whole meal was a disaster. This restaurant has gone downhill in the past few months. The manager needs to be replaced.
I have been through the drive thru numerous times and have also dined inside each time the employees were extremely friendly and the service was very quick and the food was hot as hell!
