Every Celiac's dream come true! Everything comes available in gluten free version and everything is absolutely delicious! Customer safety measures being taken by spacing, mask wearing and sanitizing. Highly recommend.

Small business but big taste and great service. Had a lot of gluten free options. Enjoyed the sausage biscuit and gravy breakfast. The house made lemon syrup on the fresh blueberry pancake was delightful.

Absolutely amazing. We thought the only place in the area to get gluten free breakfast was The Shack because of their attention to detail for celiac sufferers. We learned today that Made Today Cafe is just as meticulous and understands how cross contamination works. They also have great gluten free options including some that The Shack does not have like waffles, biscuits, and french toast. The food was delicious traditional home cooking and you wouldn't even know that the gluten free items are actually gluten free. We will become regulars here. Highly recommended!

Love this place! We live in Washington state and we were here for a wedding. I have celiacs disease and can’t have gluten. We googled gluten free breakfast places and found this place. So glad we did. There were so many options. The breakfast was fantastic! It was flavorful and gluten free. They had delicious homemade gluten free syrups. I tried the cinnamon and lemon favored ones with my waffle. Didn’t think I would care for the lemon one, but it was so good. My husband ended up eating half of my waffle and he couldn’t believe it was gluten free. I ended up purchasing a mini banana loaf and pumpkin loaf to take home. They were still warm from the oven. I decided to purchase 2 other dessert bars to take home and freeze. They also have regular breakfast items that are NOT gluten free.nWe owner, Jennifer, was also very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her. I sure wish we had something like this where we live in Lakewood, WA. Thanks, Jennifer, for a fantastic breakfast!
