Had questions due to inconsistency of information from IRS/HR Block. Called this branch to verify there was nothing to correct in my filing. Advised I was aware of the status etc... the representative was not only slow to respond to everything I said, but repeated back information beyond incorrectly, and proceeded to tell me everything I had already told him as if it was the information I was looking for. Wasted 25 minutes on hold to get no where. I will seriously consider using someone else next year.

This H&R Block in O'Fallon is the best, they are very efficient and fast paced. I love the environment they give off! There office is always so nice and clean, the people are up beat and bubbly. Wouldn't go to any other office! #foreverclient
