I was told different stories by the cashier and then by a manager about where my $34 is and all they can say is sorry you'll have to sleep outside in the rain tonight. Avoid this place if you can. They don't care about anyone but themselves.
Pick up prescriptions. Staff very nice and friendly, especially the pharmacy.
This was by far the best CVS I have been to this week as far as inventory (too bad Dalton followed me around, told me I was acting sketchy, and even said he REVIEWED HIS CAMERAS). I offered to empty my pockets and he was further disrespectful. I am a secret shopper for multiple companies and I went straight to corporate with this treatment. Rough treatment, Dalton. I will pursue this issue and NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

I stopped at the cvs in Zona Rosa last Saturday evening. She needed to pick up 4 different prescriptions. It was for someone else, provided name and birthdate. Cashier did not speak clearly, like no enunciation at all. Could not understand him. Finally got the 4 items, but one was only half filled. 15 days not a month supply. Had to wait while the first was canceled and a new one done. Must have waited 25 minutes or more. Need to have people who speak clearly.
