We absolutely love our Starbucks staff.nThere always positive even at 5:45 am.nThe breakfast food is spot on and always fresh.nThe coffee is pricy but tasty. They always put a smile on my face. Nothing but love for our Starbucks.
Without fail they mess at least 1 drink everytime I order. When i say I give them the benefit of the doubt, I am true to my word. But, the sheer amount of times & just the way they get it wrong is so infuriating. I could order something off the menu & it'll be so far off. For ex: I could order a cold brew & instead recieve 4 shots of espresso? How does that even make sense? I can't even point my finger to one person. They are all the same & quite frankly I feel they take orders while closing one ear. I try to come here for the convenience, but I really wish they would do better. This is not meant to be a Karen review, just a very frustrated customer.
Excellent customer service from bartistas
Every time I go here my order is wrong. The employees do not listen when you are ordering. This last time they got my order wrong and I was overcharged. Instead of giving me my money back they gave me a card for our next drink on them. Fine but the card they gave me was less than what they overcharged me. Will not be going here again.
