Going to the gym can be stressful. I recently moved to town and where I come from the gyms are a meat market - not my scene. BMF is family friendly and a nice relaxing feel - no garbage to deal with and the owner, Brandon genuinely cares about the members. They offer one on one workouts at a fair price. The gym has machines, free weights and a open area to do your own thing with balls, ropes or just lunges. I can now relax and enjoy the gym with all the equipment I need to get a good full workout.
Love this gym! It's very clean, 24 hour, family friendly (with a side room for the kiddos), has a ton of free weights, machines for lifting/cardio & plenty of floor space to create your own workouts. It's got more of a family feel & is one of my favorite places to be. Best part? When it's warm enough to have the gym doors open! Come check it out =)
Great Fitness Center- stopped by to get a work out in for a day. It's clean, great equipment, and Friendly staff.
