As soon as they bought out Kool Ice they raised the price. Bags of ice were 20 lb bags and now they are 16 lb bags. The owner refused to lower the price even though he is providing less ice in the bags. He has also changed the bags they are using and they rip very easily when a customer tries to pick them up. Very disappointed in this company.
THIEFS!!!!! I have a business and had a cooler with them for years. I was not buying enough ice from them to justify the machine I was told. I told the person i understand as a business person. About a year later they came onto my property,5 unannounced and took the machine and then dumped all the ice i paid for on the ground to melt. Did not contact me or anything. When I called them I told them I understand about the machine, but they should have called. Just wanted refund for the Ice that I paid for that they dumped on the ground to melt. After getting the run around for weeks i finally got a call and was told it was not their problem and they do not care.
Horrible service and secretary at Easton office is VERY RUDE.
They sell salt by the 20 pound bag and bull lips and other things beside ice
