Gambrill Mill

A great short hike that overlooked the Monocacy River at one point. A few picnic tables that were in good shape looking at a nice small pond were a great place to have lunch with the family.

The place is beautiful and the walk around the property was very relaxing the water flowing by makes the rest of the world disappear

Very nice park which has a raised foot bridge for a short walk to the river (ADA compliant). Plenty of room for dogs or kids to play. Easy access to the river (steep walk down embankment) very nice and peaceful.

We go here for walks with our pup regularly. Great place for photography as well.

Great history lessons along a beautiful hike. The trail goes near the river where kids can skip rocks and play in the water. The field is gorgeous in the morning and it is easy to imagine what the soldiers were experiencing.
