I am a frequent shopper of this Giant, and especially the deli...my husband loves your honey chicken. I pick up one at least once a week. Always great service by the full time worker, “Lou.” She is one of the sweetest people you have working there! Always extremely helpful and will go out of her way to say hi and make sure you have what you need. I always get quality customer service from her!!

Everyone is always friendly. Unfortunately whoever does their ordering isn’t keeping up with demand. We have been doing the grocery pickup option for 2 years now. The number of items not available grows every week. This week out of 21 items we ordered, 5 were not available. Really disappointed when they run specials like buy 1 pack of English muffins and get 2 free but then they only have 1 in stock. So now I’ve paid for one and get nothing free. Seems like poor marketing. The number of items not available now is worse than at the start of the pandemic so I’m not sure what’s going on. Looks like we need to find a new store.

Small store. They keep eliminating items I like, even though they are often sold out so clearly they sell. Staff is nice but I don't trust the seafood department because it doesn't smell great.
