When I needed to move my home of twenty years, I wanted to utilize a black owned firm. I was fortunate to find Heart 2 Heart.nnHeart 2 Heart Delivery and Moving Solutions provided EXCEPTIONAL service for my family's move in December 2020.nnThey were extremely accommodating when my closing date kept adjusting. Laquise was open about their availability and was able to initially schedule our job around the Thanksgiving weekend.nnAfter contracting Hear 2 Heart my move was no longer my responsibility, they;ninventoried my belongingsnprovided ALL packing supplies and labornthey even stayed within the estimated move time (which I questioned).nOriginally contracted to pack and move I was so satisfied with their high level of service and comfortable with their personnel I extended their contract to unpacking my new home.nnTheir entire team was cordial, respectful and very helpful. My belongings were well taken care of and this company is now my go to provider for any service I can think of within their wheelhouse. I have even reached out for additional services in March 2021 by moving some large appliances. (Which other mover do you have on speed dial?) They have set the bar somewhere in the stratosphere.
Heart To Heart did a great job with the local move of just a few items. They were able to do the job after doing another job in the morning. They were on time and extremely professional. Kevin’s crew of great guys were very polite. At the end of the movie he checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I made an error when I wrote out the check and contacted him a day later. He corrected it with a refund. This is a great organization. Highly recommend.
We did our research and got a couple quotes on moving companies before selecting heart 2 heart and we were not disappointed! They were extremely professional, clean cut, and meticulous In protecting our home and furniture during the move. Not only that but they also disassembled our furniture and put it back together which made everything so much easier. We don’t intend on moving anytime soon again but definitely recommend using them and will use them again in the future when ever we move again!!!!
I called them the day before my 95 year old mother and disabled brother were to move. The movers we had booked backed out at the last minute and Heart 2 Heart came to the rescue. They did such a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
Heart to heart delivery & moving is by far the best moving company out there! They spend serious time preparing for the move. They do a very invasive inventory of all your items. They hire the BEST professional guys out there to get in there, get everything out and loaded up and then they spend verynAdequate time wrapping EVERYTHING and bubble wrapping mirrors and TVs. I mean they truly care!!! They’re quick And efficient. All of their men are very respectable and professional and like I said FAST. The couple that owns this company are truly inspirations and genuinely good people. They all have a tight bond and consider themselves “family”. So they work around US customers. I just adore them all and 100% refer them to ANYONE. :)nnNatalia
