We rented a 10x10, climate controlled unit for approximately four months while in between moves. The facility is clean, very safe, and their prices were the best in the area (we shopped around). There are always carts around available for use. I spoke mostly with Mark and Heather - both were very friendly but Mark was especially helpful when I was having trouble making a payment online at first and then when we were moving out. Honestly, this is the first 100% positive experience I’ve had with a storage facility so I highly recommend this place!
I definitely like how this place is set up. There's tons of storage spaces, and they had just the spot we needed for our 25 ft rv. Cost wasn't too bad, and the location is definitely convenient. I was able to get a spot that even a rookie like me can manage to back the RV into reasonably well. Two thumbs up for sure!
I have really enjoyed this storage facility. It is very clean, the staff are friendly, personable and accommodating.nnMark has been my go-to person and is always ready to help me with questions and helpful with tips when it comes to moving.nHe is also a very good listener, which is very important to the customer.nEmpathy is very important during this pandemic and Mark is certainly empathetic.nnThank you for making this difficult situation in life easier for me.nI feel very confident that my unit is safe as security is well managed.nI would highly recommend Self Storage Plus!!
This is a clean and well lit facility with very nice and cooperative staff. Plus, their rates were competitive with or better than other facilities in the area. When I had a question or concern, I would call and they will immediately handle it in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them.
The clerk at the store was super friendly. Asked my opinion and made conversation. It was nice to be able to talk to someone instead of doing everything on line. Storage facility is very well maintained and super clean. I’m so glad I chose to go with this place ud83dude01ud83dude01
