I used this location for a little over a year and the condition of my items were almost as I left them. (It’s expected to have dust when items sit for that long) I had no issues with damages of any of my belongings and thankful for the cart left to help with loading/unloading in the storage units. The staff has always been kind and helpful.
Shamair continues to be a delight as well as a helpful person for all. In my time using this service I am not disappointed
Had a fantastic experience with the manager. I was browsing For a facility and stopped here and met her. I was extremely impressed with everything and will absolutely be recommending to everyone.
I’m a college student who had to quickly return home from campus, #RONA I needed to quickly find a storage unit to keep my things until we could return to school. On a whim, I stopped here and inquired about renting a unit. The manager was super helpful and super compassionate!!! I am going home knowing my stuff is safe & secure on a well kept lot!!
Until recently, I'd never had to use a storage facility. After searching prices/location that would suit my situation, I booked online with Public Storage on Thomas Johnson Drive. The process was pretty simple. After a few weeks, I discovered I needed a larger unit. I called and stopped by to talk to Shamair in the office. She was incredibly helpful, offering suggestions and allowing me to take a look at a larger unit. She made the transition process as easy as possible for me. Thank you, Shamair!
