I had a great experience with Extra Storage Space. The place was always clean, well lit and secure. I had a climate controlled unit and there were never any issues with that. The people running the place were friendly and professional. Overall a good experience.
Came in earlier today to rent a unit and Matt was very professional and went out of his way to give me the best experience possible (even though it was raining outside.) The units were very well kept and the lot was also very clean. So far I'm very pleased with this location.
Convenient location and super-friendly and helpful staff. Matt was terrific at listening to my needs and questions and explaining to me the important info about storage rental a first-time user needs to know. Highly recommend them!
The staff was very friendly and easy to work with the two times I actually interacted with them over the three or so years we stored stuff there. The reason for three stars is the constant raising of the storage fees. When we started the fee was reasonable, less than 150 per month for a 10 x 10 space. If we had not moved out our rate would have been over 260 per month. This was a bit much since a new customer can rent for just 160 or so a month at the same location. Nice place but they will keep raising your rates until you leave.
Best climate storage around!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and nice. Prices are very reasonable!! Will definitely recommend it to a friend
