Love this gym has every machine you would need to workout higher end but price reflects the quality
It's a great place. I go about 5 days/week and it keeps me pretty fit. I've missed it.
Fitness one is great, they have a sauna, steamroom, hot tub, pool, rock wall, lots of great equipment. Friendly workers, positive atmosphere. No intimidation factors, more motivating and welcoming than anything.
Great gym. The equipment is well maintained, the staff are very curtious and the day care is phenomenal.
Stopped at Fitness One the day after Christmas while visiting New Mexico and couldn’t have been more pleased. Counter staff was friendly and helpful and got me signed in on a day pass promptly. The facility And machines are clean and well maintained. Bring a towel ( no towel service) and have a great workout.
