Park was nice and clean, kid's had a wonderful time. My wife didn't want to leave, she wanted to go get charcoal and fire up a grill.
Just out looking for a place to fish with my sons this area is alright. Caught 2 small fish, nothing to brag about. Seems that ppl use this area as a swimming pool though. So not much goof fishing with the water being disturbed. Maybe better to go early in the morning.. Instead of mid day..park area is nice for a cookout and a place for the kids to play..
Nice Kayack/canoe launch. Clean restroom.
Beautiful park on the monocacy River. Allot history throughout the state of Maryland.
Not much to see but a very neat and relaxing place to visit with your loved one or alone. Enjoy the time by yourself.
