Confused my husband with another client with same name several times. Anytime we tried to contact the lawyer we were told our case was given to a different lawyer in the practice. Everytime we met with the lawyer it was a different person who never seemed to have the correct paper work. When we were able to get ahold of a the lawyer he always seemed to need time to get our paper work together before doing anything or talking farther? Constantly asking us to call back cause he never had stuff together. never got answers for any questions. We pd $1500 at the beginning, then pd thousands of dollars in filing fees. We pd then filing fees, that they just HAD to have about 6 months ago. Papers never got filed, but money was taken? Got a call today asking for more money before we can talk to the lawyer again. We have pd thousands of dollars and ZERO work was done. So my husband insists on talking to the lawyer to find out what we are even paying for at this point. We are no closer to this case being done than we were 3 yrs ago. Trying to explain to these people that we thought the filing fees, and payments made at the beginning of this was all included in the whole payment for the lawyer seemed to go in one ear and out the other. Trying to explain that, that money might not sound like much to them but took us a long time to come up with, went unheard. The lady we talked to was argumentative and highly unprofessional. When my husband asked her to explain what the lawyer has done so far in his case, she said she closed his case and hung up on him. Three yrs these people wasted our time. Wouldn't suggest anyone use them.

This is one the greatest law firms that I have come across especially when it comes to Immigration.
