My friend hired Michael flemming for a divorce case, and when I say we are beyond satisfied and blessed to have had him represent my friend is an understatement. We reached an agreement at last minute before Going to trial, and the other party did not get her way with taking all of my friends money and rights (for me that's a big win). Mr. Flemming was so honest and understanding about all parties involved and he was not judgmental. I am in a middle of a divorce as well and will be consulting with him soon for my case. If I can give him 10 stars I would. You get what you pay for, and that's a GREAT lawyer!!!! Thank you Mr. Flemming for all you do.

I consulted with Mr. Souder less than one week before scheduled mediation due to unforeseen circumstances with previous counsel. He took me on as a client with no hesitation, set clear expectations from the beginning, and I could not be more pleased with the results! I hired Gene for my custody case. He drafted things up very quickly and kept me up to date on everything. Not only is he great at what he does, but he shows that he actually cares about your situation. I can't express enough how hard working everyone in the firm is for cases. Michelle is always so helpful.

I was looking for an atty to help me with my Alimony Modification case . I had previously used a highly recommended “powerhouse” atty to handle my original divorce case . Man do I wish i had hired Gene Souder to begin with. He’s actually the ONLY atty that gave me his honest personal opinion ,,,, he kept me out of a dog fight and used common sense to make key decisions based on my financial situation. He crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I ‘s . and he even returned unused retainer dollars ...another first for me. As it relates to past attorneys. He’s my atty going forward and I think he s the best in Frederick county w family law issues!!!

Mr. Souder was very professional and informative regarding my separation agreement. He quickly assessed the situation and laid out potential resolutions. He then quickly and efficiently wrote up the separation agreement. Mr. Souder was very responsive to both emails and calls. He seems very experienced in the area of divorce and separation. I highly recommend the Wampler & Souder firm.
