Terrible attorney. Let me elaborate since Meaghan has replied that I am a disgruntled opposing party.nMeaghan is representing an 82 year old white Thurmont woman who told me that Thurmont was not the place for me upon learning the Hispanic heritage of both my daughter and fiance.nI gave my 30 days notice the next day after this incident. 5 days later, Meaghan filed papers with Frederick courts mistakenly stating that I had not paid my rent and they wanted me to vacate the premises. A sheriff taped notice to my door. I called and explained the situation to Meaghan who was extremely rude. I then received notice from the sheriff again 10 days later. Hilarious given I gave my notice of leaving this apartment 5 days prior to Meaghan filing and received a letter from her acknowledging.nNow they are not returning my security deposit stating I damaged the apartment which is a lie and I took pictures in every room anticipating something like this based on how I was treated. She was unable to tell me what damage and still have received nothing from her or her client explaining said damage even though it has been 18 days now.nRude and illegal.nLike I said..terrible attorney and I will be following up with the courts once I am able. I am disabled and have been in the hospital for 11 days now.nGood day to you Ms. Delawter.

Divorce is the worse thing that I have ever experienced. Besides being betrayed by a man for 25 years the conflict it causes for your children and your extended family is awful. I contacted Meaghan not having any knowledge of what I was getting into. I was so naive and trusting. But after months of my own investigation I knew that divorce was my only option. Meaghan was AMAZING. She answered all of my questions and even if it wasn't the answer I wanted to hear I knew in my heart that she was right. My divorce was final almost a day to the year I filled and I got everything that I was entitled too. She kept me updated. She gave me several options, we attempted mediation, she tried very hard to keep my costs as low as possible and in the end I am thrilled that it was Meaghan that went through this journey with me. I cried, we laughed and through it all I knew I could trust her. Just remember you have to go into it with an open mind and a flexible energy. There are things the law just doesn't care about, but Meaghan will work hard for you and I couldn't be any happier. THANK YOU MEAGHAN
