Absolutely wonderful service by everyone that helped my husband and I purchase our 2021 Chevy trail boss. Mostly Curt Bossler, he actually listened to us and our needs. He was absolutely great and I can't thank him enough for everything he went trough to get us where we wanted to be. Kind thoughtful and very understanding to everything and even the Financing guy was great at to find us a great rate. There was no run around and trying to screw us. What a night and day difference from our experience with another dealer. Kaity at Criswell was amazing. The whole process was smooth and painless. We were in and out with no issue. Facilities were clean and everyone was extremely professional. So happy to have had this experience with them.

Friendly greeting. The service department was clean and bright. The lounge area was good. They provided my first oil change and did a service regarding the seat belt alert. No hassle. In and out in about an hour.
