Two out of the three times I have gone to get my Cadillac service it has not been well. I called in and made an appointment for my tire to be replaced . I spoke to the rep made him aware that I have the tire protection plan. We scheduled my appointment for Saturday. Today I went and was turned away. The service advisor said they can’t bill the tire warrant company on Saturday. I offered my credit card if they have any issues with billing on Monday . He said he can’t do that either because what if the tire warranty wants him to do something else . What else what they want you to do it tire warranty is for replacing tires .
