Straightforward, professional, no-nonsense dealership staffed with plenty of accommodating employees that made it easy to buy a car from out of state.
The sales rep Chris Thomas is the best sales representative i have encountered in my life. In NYC i have bought vehciles from Acura,BMW,Lexus and Mercedes.This was my first Audi experience and i am glad I took the drive because it was definitely worth it. The experience I was presented under Chris's supervision was absolutely outstanding. From the professionalism to the transparency and even the followup from him and his team after I drove home was impeccable. This definitely wont be my last audi and I am planning to take the 4 hour drive each time I need a new car. The funniest thing is that it was pure luck talking to Chris. I was actually on the audi website talking to the generic chat at 12 am. It was a blessing that Chris responded and the selfish part of me is wishing he wont get promoted too fast because i wish i can get all my future cars from him and his team. Oh and I wish he does get some more rest as well for staying up lol!
This was my first time dealing with this dealership as the dealership that I use to go to relocate. I wasn’t expecting much as no one there knew me or my car’s history. But honestly I was floored by Dustin the service writer who took care of me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome. I may not have been a customer in the past but I am now! Thanks again Dustin Craver for going above and beyond!
The worst possible experience EVER. Sold my father a car with an old mechanical problem when we took the car in to let them know they refused to provide any fixes or even a trade.. we decided to let it go. Fast forward a month and my father almost died driving this car, wheels slipped and lost control we take it to mechanic for yet another problem after car had been weird for a few days and behold.. they sold us the car with a missing part... the mechanic said there was a loose screw Bc there was a missing part and if the screw would have fell my father would have lost complete control of vehicle... we came personally into dealer and nope nothing could be done they didn’t even attempt to help. Awesome service, right? Save your time and money go elsewhere.. somewhere that CARES.
I had the absolute worst experience ever dealing with Brian in sales at this dealership! We have purchased Volvo’s for over 20 years and will never purchase from this dealer ever. This salesperson was nasty and vindictive. He wins the prize for the worst sales person I have ever dealt with, and was totally unprofessional!nnUpdate: I left the GM a VM. I have heard nothing.
