Wish they would allow indoor seating! I like sitting down and drinking my coffee and not rushing off to have to drink it in my car while I’m moving. The hot chocolate mocha is always so good!

Frederick Starbucks in Worman's Mill is fabulous. Easily one of their best locations now. Service is incredible and welcoming. Can't wait to go linger over a coffee or two, lemon cake, everything bagel or one of their egg sandwiches once the restrictions are lifted.

I just returned home after purchasing a grande caramel crunch frappe from this location. I realizing 10 minutes into my drive home that 90% of my drink was whipped cream & only 10% coffee. I spoke to Rachel the manager for the day who was pleasant & gave an explanation as to having new employees who were still in training. Though I can appreciate, I am also in customer service but when a customer calls about a situation for a mistake especially when it comes as a cost to the customer generally there's some considerations that should have been given even if I had to bring the drink back.

I'm tired of spending my money on terribly made drinks. Third time I've gotten a Caramel Macchiato that taste like bland warm milk. I'll just go to the 7th street location from now on.
