Honestly, they are so kind. I had a drink made at a different location and it wasn't made correct, I went to them cause I work nearby and they took care of it like no biggie! I come in pretty often and the people are cool and drinks are great! (:
Was here the other night at like 1am on break! Got an iced coffee with sweet cream and it wasn’t sweet enough so the guy was nice enough to give me a small cup with extra sweet cream so that I could add it to my liking! Great place!
A 24 hour Starbucks is a huge plus ! BUT!! because of 1 Barista who is abrupt, quick and sounds like the customer is a nuisance, I wanted to give this location a 2 ! I will get her name soon. She wears glasses, a knit cap and I'm fairly sure has short hair. I can not believe she works in customer service ... POOR POOR hospitality and attitude.
Long line in drive through faster to go inside the crew was fast for just 4 when they were that busy
What's the point of mobile ordering if the doors are locked and they say I have to go through the drive thru? I saw my drink on the counter and no one even bothered to help. Instead they motioned to the drive thru. How hard is it to have one person retrieve drinks for mobile orders?
