I have called this location 4 times now and every time some pick the phone up there no introductions or hellows. They eiather hang up or just leaves the phone off the hook, and I can hear everyone conversation in the back. If your busy say your busy and ask to hold not just ignore the phone all together.
This place is a Joke!! Tried to open a business account here three times! They say you need an apt. ..make an 9am apt and show up and they say they have another apt at 9:30 and that apt is more important. Not my problem they over book an apt.nGuess my Business isn't good enough for them!
I wanted to withdraw money.they are not giving my own money and giving hard time when the amount is little high.
Denise is absolutely fantastic. I needed every single one of my deposited checks from 2019 printed, and upon finding out that I would need to pay for each one individually if that request was entered into the system, she spent over 24 hours completing it herself so that I would not be charged. Greatest service and wonderful employee.
Went in and tried to open an account, the lady sitting in the office acted like she didn’t want your business. She never smiled or said anything nice. She acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. This lady acted very cold towards me. I have been with M and T for many years. This branch is different than the ones I often go.
