Omg my woman and I just was reading the news earlier and saw how a lottery ticket was never claimed in Lonaconing Maryland and we were visiting there right before the drawing of I believe the Jan 20th Powerball. We were passing through just north of there on 68 going east heading to Rittenhouse Philadelphia to visit my womans family and then went to Virginia to visit her hometown where she was born and since I'm a big fan of the legend Pitcher Lefty Groves that played for the Red Sox I wanted to go to his hometown there and visit the library showing some of his stuff and see the home where he once lived and visited Iron Furnace and park cause she has two kids and they wanted to go there. We stopped at your store and remember it looking like a house and she went in and bought us some drinks and snacks and I remember her arguing with me cause I told her buy a powerball ticket I see its pretty high so what the heck lets take a shot at it and she said we don't live there so we should play it in Montana only. I talked her into buying a ticket. She says it was a quick pick and she never signed it and put it in her purse when she got in the car. When we stopped at a gas station hours later everyone got out to use the restroom and her daughter went digging in her purse for some gum and must of knocked the ticket out at that gas station parking lot. When we got to her families house in Philadelphia she looked for the ticket and couldn't find it and we shook our heads and said well probably a sign that we wouldn't win anyways and let it go and went on with our lives. We never checked if someone won and months has past. I showed her the article of no one claiming a winning ticket from the store she bought a powerball ticket at and I showed her the numbers and she about fainted and scream at me and scared the heck outta me and said thats the numbers she remembers cause we watch Nascar to and she remembers the powerball being Joey Logano's 22 then my favorite number 69 and her sons is 68, my mom was born in 53 and in 2019 we struggled being homeless after losing our home and ended up in a rv for 6 months and finally found a house to rent and she turned 40 when that happen so she'll never forget the number 40. Then their is 60 and she says while almost passing out shaking her hands about to scream saying we had that winning ticket omg... So yeah it sucks losing that ticket, it is the worst luck ever with what we been through the last few years. Family members she's lost and being homeless and Driving from Montana to there, Philadelphia and Virginia was not cheap and risking it with covid. It just sucks.. So we just hope the state there does good with the money and helps a lot of less fortunate people that are poor and homeless. We would've done so much good with that money. We can't prove our winning ticket as we lost it on the trip. Something that will keep us up late at nights now but thats life. I just wish we didn't have luck like this. We loved your small town and was glad to visit Lefty Grove's hometown. And to think me and him share the same birthdays. March 6th. I wish the store owner well and good health and my woman loved your store and remembers it well. We're so glad you got the 100k. At least that makes us feel good cause you deserve it and had we not lost the ticket we would've gsve you millions more. Hard working good small town. Hope you all well in life and everyone take care. Just wanted to come forward and say the winner this time didn't have a good ending but I hope that money does Maryland proud. We loved your town. Take care!

Stop begging for handouts in google reviews. Its not like people beg elon musk for free money now that he's a billionaire. I don't want to give the business a low rating, to affect them, just cause of some entitled reviews.
