Absolutely terrible!!! Worst customer Service!! I called to order ahead of time and was put on hold and they never picked back up so we went in to order. I was still in hold at this point it had been 13 minutes that I was on hold. There was no one else on the phone waiting and only one customer in the store. When I made a statement about being on hold still the immature girl working the front got very defensive and threatened me to call the cops all because I asked why I was put I. Hold and forgotten about! She started yelling at me and told me to get out. We order from this place Atleast once a week and spend between $50.00-$60.00 each time but now they will not receive another dime from me. She didn’t like it when she said they were really busy and I told her they weren’t that busy when I sat for 5 minutes and listened to her and the other workers have a personal conversation as they didn’t actually place me on hold they just sat the receiver down. A couple weeks ago when I ordered from there I watched another girl come in and put her hair up and scratch her a pits them proceeded to make food without washing her hands or putting on gloves I should have stopped going there then but didn’t. Stay clear of this establishment!! They rude and dirty!!!!!

Best cheese steak subs, using seasoned lettuce & Capporelli buns!! Just noticed they have homemade soups, chili, french fries w/ gravy! I will be trying all soon!

Awesome food every time! You will NOT find a better cheese steak sub no matter how far you look!

I was in about 815 AM this morning. I was walking so I used the lobby. Service was quick with the food. However after watching several people go in and out the doors this morning to include a employee taking care of the trash this morning (no cleaning of the door handle) I wanted to use the rest room to wash up before touching my food. The lady cleaning in the lobby are told me no the restroom was only for the employees. And people wonder why we have a covid problem?
