Goodwill

Loved my visit to the goodwill. The way the store is set up made it so muchnEasier to find what I was looking for. Everything was in good shape and very clean. definitely will be going back soon!

I do not recommend shopping at this Goodwill. The customer service I experienced was horrible. Kayla, an assistant manager, was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason. Immediately upon approaching her for assistance, I could tell she was easily irritated and just mean. I witnessed her being rude and brash with other customers too asking about dressing rooms. Not sure if she's having a bad day, but I will never shop at this Goodwill again. I hope the manager at the time, Duane, reviews the security cameras they put in place because Kayla tossed their store phone at me out of exasperation in me asking her to contact one of her employees who currently wasn't working but who knew the location of where my wedding photos that I accidentally donated were. Kayla could not locate them and did not want to call the employee to ask her where she left the photos. Spoiler alert, the photos were on Duane's desk. Go figure. Guess she didn't look terribly hard. Duane was of no assistance, he didn't care about my complaint about his employee acting EXTREMELY rude to me. He just sort of stared at me. Wow, what a shopping experience. Stay away from grumpy Kayla and no help Duane. Stay away from this Goodwill until they get some better help. It is possible to work in retail and be kind to customers that are just looking for assistance or asking a simple question.

Good selection, layout, and customer service. No public bathroom (because of covid?) and they aren't allowed to help you move furniture, though.

Very overly priced for donations If the item is a brand name they want brand name prices for second-hand clothingnYou're better off to put a couple more dollars to it and get something new this Goodwill is not a place to shop if you're on a budget!
