Great experience! Love my new vehicle. Amy and Adam were extremely helpful, answering every question I had. Adam was very accommodating, letting me re-test drive and going over all my options with each vehicle I looked at to make sure I was confident with my choice. Appreciate the top notch service!
All I have to say is Tyler definitely did an amazing job. He worked with us getting a car that was in our price range and went above an beyond trying to work out a better payment for us as well. He was very truth about every car we looked at and was a great person to work with. Thank you for all the help and getting us in a great car!
The service department was very efficient in getting us in and out in a timely manner. We were early for our appointment, but everything ran smoothly. The gentleman that took care of us as we were leaving explained in detail our inspection report during our oil change.
Very impressed with the staff from the moment I walked in. I was kept updated while my car was there for a recall. They did an inspection and found I needed 2 filters. When picking up the car another customer was at checkout so the manager came out and took care of me. I definitely will be back for other services.
Kia service department and parts department were incredibly helpful. They were also very accurate in the timing quoted for the service. Highly recommend!
