We had a wonderful time at this campground. It’s small but beautiful and Randy, the host , could not have been more helpful! It’s located close enough to Deepcreek lake and other state parks to be a great location. But it’s also secluded and far enough away to feel totally relaxing. The bathhouse was closed because of Covid so I can’t comment about that but everything else was perfect.
Campsites are relatively closely spaced, but separated by nice landscape features. Free firewood too!
We LOVED staying here. There was a playground for the kids and the host Andy cared for our every need and was friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this campground and will definitely be coming back for another stay.
We camped here for a trip whitewater rafting and it was perfect. The new owners are extremely nice and accomadating with everything that you could need. The showers and bathrooms are very clean and they offer items that you may have forgotten in the office. Tent sites were great size and layout. I would definitely stay there again!
