Good food, always busy. So many cars in the lot all the time really deters me from eating there anymore even if it is take out/drive thru. I don't have that kind of time to waste on my lunch break or even for dinner. A better sized parking lot would be great for either location.
Wanted to order 1 gallon of sweet which is usually $6 and some change. They had run out of 1 gallon containers for sweet tea so ordered 4 large sweet teas with no ice and was charged $9 and some change. What the heck?
Never been to a chick-fil-a so we decided to try it.nBad idea.nWe waited over 20 minutes after paying and they pulled us up. My wrap had more lettuce than I had ever seen used in my life, my husband's strips were the size of chicken nuggets and the fries were cold. Definitely not worth $20 for 2 people. I honestly don't know how these things are so busy in Ohio. Terrible

The food was great once we got it!! Everyone was very nice and helpful!! The only thing they could do to improve service is improve their app. We had some difficulty there but aside from technical issues our food and service was great!!!@
