Excellent service a fresh food. They were very accommodating for my wife's order. She has Celiac's disease and has to avoid gluten contamination. She just asked for no bread, but the manager asked if she had Celiac's and had the employees use different tools and gloves to prepare her good and put her burger in a breakfast tray so it was easier for her to cut and eat with utensils. It's great to have people go the extra length to give great service like this. Thank you.
Fast and clean one of the newer and better McDonalds around the area.
Because of reliably good service and quality I regularly stop here during trips through Western MD. Today, service was good but food quality missed the mark. Bacon cheeseburger was cold, some ingredients were in the bottom of the box rather than on the sandwich, and there was no bacon. The fries were hot, but were dumped into the bag. Very unexpected and disappointing. Will probably stop at the McDonald's on the west side of Cumberland next time.
The lady at the cash register was rude and insulting. She took a wrong order and when i tried to correct her, she blames me to speak in english.
The curbside pickup was confusing and sometime the app payment would fail, the cashier is very nice and patient.
