Food was fresh, and the employee who came out to let me know the app had a glitch and wasn't supposed to let me order a shake was really very kind and apologetic! (I noticed the ice cream sweets were blocked from ordering but thought maybe the shakes were on a different machine) since I'd already paid through the app, he went ahead and asked what I'd want in place of it, and so he got me some pies! Good experience. ud83dude42

Kept seeing ads for McDonald's and couldn't wait to get some.. had to wait a little extra so they could make my crispy buttermilk sandwich, which was no big deal, but then they brought it out and they forgot my daughters kids meal. So I had to wait again for that. Still not too big of a deal. We then went on and started eating.. my sandwich was made with shredded lettuce, not the fresh lettuce that is usually on it. The chicken appeared dry and did not look appetizing. I still thought I'd just eat it and it'll still taste good. No. The sandwich barely had chicken in it. Usually the crispy buttermilk is perfect. I had to wait on this... and it was a huge disappointment. Don't go to this McDonald's because they don't take pride in the appearance and quality of their food.

They got all of the order correct and put ketchup in the bag. I had to dual the swing manager with a sock full of quarters for an extra BBQ sauce but that's cool, they are just doing their job and I can appreciate that.

Place is great. Very rarely mess up orders and when they do they are super helpful and friendly while fixing it.
