James is a GREAT coordinator and offers professional and knowledgeable customer service. Melissa is unprofessional, rude, and extremely unhelpful. My service was 100% better when I only had to deal with James. Melissa needs further training so she is knowledgeable of bus routes, drivers, and how to offer good customer service. She lacks in all 3 areas.
