I stopped at this Mcdonald's on the way to my hotel after enjoying an engagement party at my sister's. I'm visiting from Houston, Texas. I was given luke warm to cold old fries. I requested fresh, hot fries. They had me pull forward. Now I know it takes about 5 minutes to cook fresh fries if they don't already have some about to be pulled from the fryer. They purposely had me wait about 10 minutes and the inside was closed. When I received my fries they were fried really, really hard with NO salt(which I did not request) to the point where I could not eat them. I don't understand why the workers get mad at you for not wanting to eat cold fries and requesting fresh, hot fries WITH salt.(unless otherwise requested) So the payback is to be nasty and have an attitude for asking for what I'm paying for? Never again.

If you're going to run a double line then do it right don't leave people sitting in one line and you're taking orders only from the other. And people keep pulling up and getting waited on and your line isn't moving. 2 lines 2 people should be taking orders. And I don't know what it is about. It go ing straws. All I needed was one straw. Then don't turn and say a customer is rude because she's a little frustrated when she still waits until you're done with your conversation with coworkers and ask may she please have a straw. At least wait until I pull off.

Service is DEPLORABLE every time just about....need to hire a new staff that do their job correctly.... orders are constantly take way too long or messed up for my family and when I DOOR DASH.
