It's your everyday McDonald's. They do have a tendency to give you an incomplete order at the drive thru, so make sure you check your order before leaving the window. They used to have the most awesome woman working at the window in the mornings. I really enjoyed her upbeat attitude and awesome greeting. Unfortunately, I think she has left and/or no longer works there because I have not seen her in a few months. She was awesome and I miss seeing her in the morning.
The food is fast as it can be. Sometimes the grease needs to be changed however the fry still come out great.
The absolute worse experience at any McDonald's I have ever had. I stopped to get 20 nuggets and left after an hour with no nuggets. I was told by an employee that they had rude people working there as well as it was shift change. Either way, I will never visit that McDonald's location again. I may think twice about any McDonald's location in the future. There is no excuse that could be worth an hour visit for not having those 20 nuggets within 10 minutes.
This is the only true “open 24 hour” McDonalds in Houma-Terrebonne, unlike the one on MLK which conveniently claims their system is always down. It’s extremely far out of my way, but worth it if I’m in need of a McDs late night/early morning fix. Their service is fast and friendly. The only down side is their parking lot, which has trash everywhere and garbage cans overflowing. I assume this is due to the 24 hour service, but it could be easily fixed.
It is a good place to eat something you want.
