We spent weeks organizing a surprise birthday party for 14 people. The plan their event coordinator promised us was eating for 2 hours at a table on the Riverboat New Orleans.nnWhen we arrived we were told that we would be eating on their much older and extremely smaller Steamboat Natchez. Then they told us we only had 30 minutes to “quickly eat to make room for other patrons”. We weren’t given any forewarning of these changes, we weren’t offered any refunds, and we weren’t even offered tickets to ride the boat that we actually paid to ride at a later date.nnIn the end their management office offered $38 towards a “future event” to ONLY ME to compensate my entire party of 14 for our troubles. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional company!!
Great cruise but not enough seating on the outside. Lunch was good, but we ate in the 2nd group and I think it would have been nicer to not feel so rushed. Otherwise it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely do it again!
The food was average, wine terrible, but service good.nBiggest problem is we paid premium for dinner and had a window to look out but people brought chairs and blocked the window so all we could see was the backs of their heads. We ask the crew to move them but they said they could not control where people sit.nnSecond issue with people sitting here is the isle is narrow and people walking around had to squeeze by to get through. This is a major safety issue as if I needed to get off the boat in an emergency the chairs would be in the way. The crew needs to keep these isles clear and signs need to be put up saying no chairs.nnThis is an unsafe boat and lacks a knowledgeable crew
I only gave 1 star because zero isn't an option. So i tried to book with them a couple times. The first time didn't go through for som reason so I had to choose a different date by the time i found out it didn't go through. Then I booked with them again and even though I screen shoted the webpage and booking and it said food was included, when I got the email confirmation there was no food with my ticket forcing me to cancel and rebook again at a higher price.nnToday was the scheduled day of the trip. My wife and I changed our schedules around from nights to days on one of her limited days off for this. We took a ferry over and tried to board the boat. They said that the boat was out of order due to maintenance issue and the cruise was canceled. They did not email us or anyone else in line as there were several other parties who had bought tickets that were there trying to board as well. If they would have notified us we would not of wasted our precious time turning around our schedules being sleep deprived to make the trip. We also would not have wasted our noney on a pointless ferry ride over and back.nnWhen they did tell us that the cruise was canceled they did not want to give us a full refund. We had to argue with the employee and then the manager to give us a full refund for services we did not use. I don't know how they are staying in business through covid with such poor customer service and rude and beligerant staff. I don't recommend waisting your time with this company.
I been on this boat on numerous occasions and i always have fun.I love y'all❤❤❤
