Jane (floral dept) was awesome. Great personality. and didn't disappoint when I picked up the floral arrangement that I ordered over the phone. Excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
When I checked out. They mess up my fuel points. I was not given my bonus points of the week of 300 points for buying cheezeit . The mystery bonus point of 5x didn't ring up. When I went to the service register. They rang up the mystery bonus 5x of the next week. And it didn't ring up either . So I didn't get the points. They told me that it would straighten out the next day . Well it's the next day and still it's not straightened out . I'm going to go over later this afternoon and talk to the manager to try to straighten it out . So I went over this afternoon. They made things right.
This has become my favorite grocery store. Love the selection. Customer services varies from time to time but overall it's a great shopping experience.
Went into buy flowers around 3 pm no one working in that dept. But I did have someone e take care of me. But they to checkout was harder then necesary
