Closetbox

I love closet box. They keep their promises. They pick up boxes/bins at closet box and bring to my house and pick up boxes at my house and take to closet box. Perfect for seasonal decorations or just the “stuff” that takes up precious room at your home.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst company by far I have ever dealt with. I will never use or recommend them. Worst communication and didnt follow through on information and promised times to deliver. They don't communicate with their 3rd party delivery company and didn't provide all the information necessary for delivery.nnMy daughter went to college here and I have been paying for the storage for a full year. Called 1 week before I was scheduled to come to NOLA and was told that I needed 2 BUSINESS DAYS to schedule a delivery although my initial paperwork says 2 days ( regular, I presume). They have dropped the ball on every twist and turn. They are NOT a regular company, they are a 3rd party scheduler. They don't own the storage facility or the delivery company. The hold times to talk to someone can reach up to 30-40 mins at a time.nnI was leaving to for vacation ( out of the country) from New Orleans and needs to make sure all was set BEFORE I left. I was assured it was all set and lo and behold after I arrived in Mexico, I received an email stating that the delivery could be done and that I would have to wait until MONDAY!!! Problem is I was leaving on Saturday, which I stressed on many, many occasions.nnI had to send an email to Closetbox to transfer the receivership to another friend who was to receive my items. Day of delivery: NO SHOW!!!nThe 3rd party delivery company was never given my transfer of receivership or the contact phone number of the new person to confirm delivery and so the company called me and of course being in Mexico, I didn't answer so they didn't deliver.nnDay that I came back, expecting a delivery the day before, no dice! Couldn't get delivery on the day I came back because the storage facility is CLOSED ON SATURDAYS! Who the hell closes a storage facility on the weekend?? ...,The most popular day to move stuff???nnWith the amount of money I have paid monthly $60/month for an entire year! ($720) I expect better customer service. Very, very disappointed!
