Horrible! I am a retired military officer and very professional and I have never been treated worse! We walked in after along day serving our country and was greeted by some obese guy sitting at the front desk. “What do you need” was the first words out of his mouth. I explained to him that I had called Lacy and she said they had one space left for an RV. He says “oh you didn’t talk to anyone here you must have talked with someone in Atlanta.” And again who cares? Then proceeded to say “what could I do for you” continuously cutting me off. It was clear at this stage we were bothering his daily slob routine of sleeping on the job or eating. So I stay very professional and asked if we could rent a space so he says “well where is your RV because I don’t see it.” So I told him we were buying a new one today and needed a place to park it after we picked it up at Dixie RV in kenner. So he tells me “I have to lays eyes on it before you rent because the last two people lied to me about their camper size.” What? So then he tells me I would “have to come back Monday” and he doesn’t really care where I park it until then” but he “has to see it” first. So I told him a few things about himself and told him I would ensure military people know what this place is all about and left. But before walking out the door he said he “could care less about military.” We went down the street to public storage RV and they welcomed us and rented us a space, gave us a key, and thanked us for our military service and we went and picked up our trailer and parked it. The owner of this place should be ashamed of himself for hiring this slob to do customer service. Disgraceful!
