I had the greatest experience today. I visited my storage today and forgot to lock my storage. These ladies were on it and observed that my storage wasn’t locked and IMMEDIATELY notified me. I came back and EVERYTHING was still safe and in tack! That was excellent observance and that showed how much they care about their customers! Thanks for that wonderful service!! Southern Self Storage is awesome, they have a friendly staff and they're very helpful. I've left my storage unit unlocked several times and they've notified me immediately. Recently I left a tool set outside my unit and they called me to let me know they had it. So yeah I've been there about 4 years no complaints from me or them, very trustworthy people guaranteed.
It was so nice to not have to worry about the items we were storing. It was also great to know that we were safe when we went into the storage unit regardless of the time. The people that we dealt with were very easy to talk to and deal with. They checked in with us when they noticed activity in our unit to make sure that we were aware of what was going on.
Melodie was very friendly and very good with communicating everything we need to know about our rental. Great attitude and very clean office and storage units! Our experience was exceptional and we really enjoyed our visit.
I couldn’t have asked to work with a better staff!! The ladies at SSS were very helpful and patient. They were full of energy and so welcoming. The storage facility was very clean and I felt that my items would be safe. I’d definitely recommend this storage unit to anybody in the area!!
