It would be nice if there was follow up. We have had problems from the very beginning with the quality of work. We were told that the issues we were having with mold coming through the white painted areas would definitely be resolved. The house was only washed with water for prep and was not primed or painted properly in the beginning. The original color was showing through in some places and mold is still coming through in areas that were supposed to be fixed by repriming and repainting. I do not know what the fix will be, but the paint job has not been done correctly from the beginning and we have not had a house that looked finished all at once, from the beginning. There was overspray everywhere, including my wrought iron fence around the patio, which was never fixed as well. To have paid so much, Rhino Shield Gulf South has left much to be desired. We have tried to resolve these issues directly with the company, and we really thought we were getting somewhere with a resolution before being ghosted yet again over a month ago. We have been more than patient and understanding. Our house was painted in Jan of 2019. It had mold coming through the paint before summer the same year.

Hard working, thorough, reliable and quick crew. Worked consistently each day till the job was done. Paid close attention to detail. Cleaned the working area daily and left the job spotless of debris. Very accommodating to our concerns. Finished job was excellent. Highly recommend this company and crew.

The crew that came out led by Rodney was very conscientious and thoughtful and pleasant to be around. They did a wonderful job and the only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that part of the satisfaction in this product remains to be seen. If it holds up as advertised then I would gladly give 5 stars

The experience that I had exceeded my expectations. The price wasnless than I expected. The craftsmanship was was superb. The jobnbegan earlier than I thought possible and was finished within a twonweek period. I cannot say enough about the two men who did thenjob. They were most professional, skilled, quiet, on time and diligent.

Rhino Shield is one of the best investments we have made on our home. In 2009, we had our entire house painted and to date we are still impressed with how well it has held up. We will always recommend Rhino Shield!
