Better off going to brothers this is why i dont get fast food. I asked for a number 7 with dressing on the side. I even asked if they had mustard packets, She told me honey mustard. i was good with that. I paid $10 for a plain chicken patty on bread. No lettuce pickles tomatoes cheese. Just chicken and bread. Talk slow and check your order before you go even if it looks crazy.
It is still fast food, but as far as Wendy's go, this is a very good one, and I go out of my way to go to THIS Wendy's. The manager that is on duty when I'm there really makes a difference and keeps the operations going smoothly.
Recommendation from three patrons who chose ordering inside versus drive-through: need to pay equal attention to those choosing to come inside to order. The focus was definitely on the driver-through.
The service was very bad I was a walk in customer I was told by a Manger I had to wait until she got finished with the drive through be for she can take my order. It took 10 good minutes she did place my order on the counter thrown on the counter in rush manner. I will no longer stop there.
The food was standard, but everything in the dining room was incredibly sticky. Tables, chairs, floors, its like they used Coca-Cola to wash everything down. The customer service is about as you'd expect from from fast food, it might not be up to everyone's standards but it I got a meal and that was all fine.
