Complete butchery of our case and that of my wife's children who are still stuck in Chile! Sean handed over our case to one manager in the office that sat on the paperwork for four months with $5000 already paid and he said he fired her, then to another that she seemed to be picking up the pieces but then quit working for Sean. Which brings me to the last one that Sean assigned, he was doing great and then we were hit with Fees!? I had spoken to the girl in the finance office and told her the whole story of the butchery of what had happened and apologized to her, but this has been very poorly handled. We then went in and spoke with the other case attorney and were making headway when out of the blue, a Polynesian attorney came in and demanded I go and apologize to the girl again. We had a stand off. I would not do it. He further went to insult me and told me that he would make sure our case was kicked out. This is completely wrong. He challenged me as I sat as if to intimidate me. Now, my wife has been violated and the very same people I paid to do a job are bullying us with intimidation and blackmail to cause harm to the cases we had originally paid for. Look into this!!! The fees they charged were another $5000. We had been paying into it with about half paid when the whole issues started. We owe nothing to these people and they can't be trusted with the staff on hand. It was so much easier to work directly with INS than these crooks in the office in Salt Lake. "DON'T USE THESE GUYS HERE!" - IMMIGRATION WILL WORK DIRECTLY WITH YOU AND YOU DON'T NEED AN ATTORNEY. ***Look at the slander response. ***(No such things were done) as described by the response they gave on line. ***Accountability seems to be a problem here and misinterpretation is also a craft they seem to perfect. Damaging a GOOD citizen doing right for his wife from Chile'. We only were being transparent to them. CORRECTION to their facts and timeline: #1 - When Sean carpenter asked for I.D. I showed him my permit as well. He asked if I was carrying now and I told him I wasn't - I wasn't. (Used my information and breached "Client - Attorney Privilege") #2 - I told the Polynesian attorney that was standing over me, "I am a carry and conceal holder and will not engage in an argument or fight with him because my permit is more valuable to me than your demeaning behavior and that would be worthless because I had already apologized to her and I won't be bullied by you to satisfy your personal issues". #3 - I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he said he didn't. Then I asked him "How could you possibly know the facts, when we were speaking in Spanish and your upset because you misinterpreted a over heard conversation through a wall?". Nice attempt at a Slander - Very weak standards for your Prestige and we can see how the bar will respond to you malicious behavior of business and the practice of law with these false accusations. Thank you
